Our Client

With over 30 years of collective experience, the team supports individuals, developers, and business owners in navigating the increasingly complex lending landscape.

Their offering spans everything from residential and buy-to-let mortgages to commercial bridging loans, asset finance, and structured lending. With relationships across more than 90 UK lenders, they’re known for delivering bespoke financial solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

The firm prides itself on high-touch service, speed of execution, and its ability to build long-term trust with both clients and lenders. As demand grew, the directors recognised that their internal systems were no longer supporting their ambitions or their service standards.

They wanted a platform that was secure, user-friendly, and capable of bringing greater cohesion to their operations, while helping staff deliver consistent, compliant, and timely communication to their clients.

Challenge

The business was juggling a complex mix of tools that slowed down staff and confused clients. Frontline advisers struggled to access the information they needed while working remotely, often navigating multiple logins and platforms to complete even basic tasks.

Each lender the firm worked with had its own compliance protocols and login processes, creating password fatigue and support issues. On top of this, outbound communications were inconsistent, with marketing emails coming from several platforms—leaving clients unsure of what was legitimate and adding to staff workloads as they manually reassured customers.

Leadership wanted a unified, easy-to-use platform that would reduce friction for staff, streamline internal operations, and give clients a smoother, more trustworthy experience.

Our team is accomplishing more together with Google Workspace than ever before. Future Matrix helped us achieve our objectives more efficiently and quickly. They are an amazing group of people to work with, and I highly recommend them to any business looking for a trusted technology partner.”

How We Responded

We delivered a bespoke Google Workspace environment tailored to the firm’s needs.

We began with a discovery workshop involving all departments to understand pain points and opportunities. From there, we migrated the business from Microsoft Office 365 to Google Workspace - bringing emails, files, calendars, and contacts into one secure, cloud-based platform.

To simplify access across the 90+ lender systems, we implemented Google Password Manager, enabling secure, frictionless logins while improving password hygiene across the business.

Structured Team Drives gave departments full visibility and control over shared files, while Google Meet and Drive enabled real-time collaboration both in and out of the office.

We also introduced Google Forms to capture internal feedback and streamline client onboarding, and developed custom Google Sheets templates to speed up financial calculations used in client reporting.

The result is a simplified, secure, and more connected way of working - giving staff the tools they need to work smarter, and clients the consistency and confidence they expect.
