How We Responded
We began with a full review of their existing systems and identified key pain points slowing the team down.

From there, we migrated the entire practice to Google Workspace - bringing emails, calendars, and files into one secure, cloud-based platform. This removed the need for on-site servers and simplified daily operations.
Google Meet was introduced to support virtual consultations, emergency appointments, and follow-ups, making it easier for patients to access care and reducing missed appointments. We also built a custom Google Site as a central hub for staff training, HR resources, and internal updates - streamlining onboarding and improving team communication.
