Foxley Dental Practice is a trusted and family-run dental clinic based in Surrey.
The practice operates from purpose-built, calming premises that offer a refreshing alternative to traditional clinics. With over 50 years of experience and a wide range of general and cosmetic treatments, the team is known for delivering outstanding patient care in a welcoming environment.

Challenge

Foxley Dental’s on-site IT system was outdated, difficult to manage, and slowing the team down. Staff were juggling multiple tools for email, calendars, and file storage - leading to wasted time and poor collaboration.

With more patients expecting virtual appointments and faster treatment plans, the team needed a solution that could support remote consultations, streamline operations, and scale with the business.

How We Responded

We began with a full review of their existing systems and identified key pain points slowing the team down.

From there, we migrated the entire practice to Google Workspace - bringing emails, calendars, and files into one secure, cloud-based platform. This removed the need for on-site servers and simplified daily operations.

 

Google Meet was introduced to support virtual consultations, emergency appointments, and follow-ups, making it easier for patients to access care and reducing missed appointments. We also built a custom Google Site as a central hub for staff training, HR resources, and internal updates - streamlining onboarding and improving team communication.

The new setup reduced admin time, enhanced the patient experience, and gave the practice a flexible platform to support future growth.
